Shipping

Shipping expectations should be visible before payment, not discovered after it.

This page sets the baseline policy. Checkout remains the final source for live shipping methods, prices, and delivery options tied to the destination on the order.

What this page covers

Checkout should show the actual shipping options for the order.
Tracking should follow real fulfillment events, not generic promises.
Delivery issues should be reported quickly with order details and photos when relevant.

Rates and shipping methods

Shipping rates and available methods should be shown in checkout before payment is completed. That is the binding source for destination-specific pricing and service levels.

The storefront should not promise a carrier or timing that checkout cannot actually support for the address on the order.

Order processing and tracking

Orders begin moving through processing after payment confirmation and any required review steps. Tracking details should be sent once the shipping label is created and the package is accepted into the carrier flow.

If a shipment is split or partially fulfilled, the corresponding tracking updates should follow the actual fulfillment events rather than a generic timeline.

Delivery issues

If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact support promptly and include the order number plus clear photos when applicable.

If tracking stalls or a delivery looks misrouted, reach out through the order support channel so the shipment can be reviewed against the fulfillment record.
